Breakers Resort features 11 charming beachfront cabins, offering a variety of styles to suit different needs and preferences. All of our cabins provide beautiful ocean and mountain views, with select cabins located directly on the beach.

Each cabin is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, and most feature cozy fireplaces and spacious sundecks. Four of our cabins also offer private outdoor fire pits, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding natural beauty.

We are pet-friendly from September through June and welcome families year-round. Guests can enjoy a variety of activities nearby, as well as our beautiful, safe, sandy beach and spacious green areas located on the property.

Our convenient location provides easy access to local amenities and attractions. We are close to several marinas offering fishing charters, and a shopping plaza is within walking distance, featuring a grocery store, liquor store, pharmacy, and walk-in clinic. Other nearby attractions include mini golf, go-karts, a race track, and a variety of restaurants.

Breakers Resort is a year-round destination, offering something for every season. During the summer, guests can enjoy the beach and numerous outdoor activities, while the fall and winter months provide opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing at nearby Mount Washington. The area is also home to numerous hiking and mountain biking trails suitable for a range of experience levels.

Our Cabins

Beachfront Cabins

Our oceanfront cabins are situated directly on the beach, offering guests the opportunity to step off their deck and enjoy a private bonfire in their outdoor fire pit while taking in breathtaking ocean and mountain views. Relax and watch the cruise ships pass by as you unwind in the comfort of your own private retreat.

Each cabin features two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The master bedroom offers spectacular ocean and mountain views, allowing you to wake up and enjoy the scenery from the comfort of your bed.

These cabins are an ideal choice for families or couples looking to enjoy a peaceful beachfront getaway, with the beauty of nature right outside your door.

The Boat House

This charming cabin captures the cozy, relaxed atmosphere of a rustic beach house, featuring tasteful nautical décor and beautiful ocean views. Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on the spacious sundeck and private patio, complete with a fire pit for relaxing outdoors.

The one-bedroom cabin features a comfortable queen bed in the living area, where you can enjoy the warmth and ambiance of the electric fireplace while taking in the ocean view from the comfort of your bed.

The separate bedroom can accommodate up to two additional guests, making this cabin a versatile choice for both romantic getaways and memorable family vacations.

Ocean view cabins

Our selection of cabins includes one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and bachelor-style accommodations, offering options to suit couples, families, and small groups. Each cabin features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and comfortable living space, with some cabins also offering a cozy wood stove for added warmth and ambiance.

The cabins comfortably accommodate between two and six guests, with all linens provided for your convenience.

Although these cabins are set slightly back from the beach, they offer beautiful ocean and mountain views from the living areas, patios, and sundecks. The beach is just a short, scenic stroll away, allowing you to easily enjoy the shoreline and all the beauty of the surrounding coastal landscape.
